Rory Follett

Rory Follett has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rory began their career at Friends Provident in 1999 as an Administrator. Rory then moved on to Clerical Medical in 2004, where they served as a Pricing Analyst, responsible for executing and recording asset creation and liquidation orders for the company's investment funds.

In 2004, they joined Capita Life & Pensions as a Fund Accountant, where they led a team responsible for accurate production of unit prices within strict deadlines. Rory also ensured the completion and accuracy of Capital Gains Tax provisions.

From 2008 to 2013, Rory worked at Hermes GPE LLP as the Manager of Fund Accounting. Rory'sresponsibilities included producing quarterly Investor Reports, coordinating payments and receipts for multiple funds, and producing audited Financial Statements.

In 2013, Rory joined Ecovision Energy Solutions as a Finance Analyst and Reporting Manager. Rory designed and produced complex financial models for securing funding, managed monthly management accounts and reporting packs, and communicated findings to senior management.

Rory then transitioned to Belltown Power in 2015, serving as a Financial Controller. In this role, they played a critical role in financial operations.

Most recently, Rory joined Balbec Capital LP in 2017, where they served as the Accounting Manager for Europe. Rory was later promoted to the role of Regional Controller for Europe in March 2019.

Rory Follett pursued higher education in the field of Accounting and Finance. Rory attended the University of the West of England from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree. Later, they became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, completing their studies with them from 2006 to 2008.
