Lucien Smith

Lucien Smith is an experienced attorney currently serving at Balch & Bingham LLP since January 2016. Prior to this role, Lucien held significant positions in the Office of Governor Phil Bryant from 2012 to 2016, including Chief of Staff, where responsibilities encompassed public policy, public finance, and oversight of executive agency operations. Lucien also served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Policy Director at Balch & Bingham LLP in 2010-2011 and as Counsel to Governor Haley Barbour from 2009 to 2010, managing key litigation and advising on fiscal matters.
