Daniel Kowalczyk

Daniel Kowalczyk is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in supply chain finance, IT finance, and financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Supply Chain Finance at Balchem Corporation since January 2022, Daniel previously held senior finance roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, where responsibilities included finance integration during the Celgene merger, and at Celgene, providing comprehensive finance support to IT and finance teams. Prior positions include managerial roles at Bayer and Sony Corporation, overseeing large financial operations and optimizing costs, as well as earlier experience in finance management at Unilever and Sony Electronics. Daniel holds a BS in Business Economics with a focus on Accounting from SUNY Oneonta and has further education from the University of California, Berkeley Extension.
