Eugene Pavlik

Eugene Pavlik has over two decades of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on leadership roles. Eugene is currently the Global Head of Human Resources at Balchem Corporation since January 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at Alphaserve Technologies® from October 2016 to October 2021. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Broadridge from June 2010 to September 2016. Eugene also has experience working as Vice President and Senior HR Business Head at Citigroup from November 2007 to June 2010, and as Vice President and HR Business Leader at Credit Suisse from April 2003 to November 2007. Eugene started their career at BNY Mellon in January 1998 as a Senior Manager in Human Resources, where they worked until April 2003.

Eugene Pavlik obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Susquehanna University. Eugene further pursued their education and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
