George Graham is an experienced leader in research and development with a strong background in innovation and product development. Currently serving as the Chief R&D Officer at Balchem Corporation since October 2025, George also holds the position of Technology Advisor at Better Dairy and was previously the Senior Vice President R&D for Nutrition at Reckitt. With a diverse career at Mars spanning from 1997 to 2020, George has held various leadership roles including VP of R&D for multiple regions and Global R&D Strategy Director. George co-founded G2 Exchange to advance food systems and has been instrumental in building personalized nutrition platforms at The Beachbody Company. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Laser Physics from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics & Microelectronics from Edinburgh Napier University.
