Hatsuki Miyata

Hatsuki Miyata currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Balchem Corporation since July 2022. Prior to this role, Hatsuki held positions at Allegion, PLC from October 2018 to July 2022 as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Principal, focusing on corporate governance and securities matters for the global company. Hatsuki's earlier experience includes over a decade at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities encompassed corporate and securities law, global transactions and M&A, labor and employment, as well as business and commercial practices. Hatsuki holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, an LL.M. from The University of Tokyo, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Keio University.
