Helen King has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Helen has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Helen started their career at Nestle Canada in 1988, where they served as a Technical Services Project Leader and later as a QA Manager for their confectionery division. During their time there, they implemented the Nestle Quality System and successfully led cost-saving and formula improvement projects.

In 1997, Helen moved to Nestle USA, where they worked as the Corporate Technical Services leader for the Confections & Snacks division. Helen was responsible for leading the technical team in new business development and evaluating potential manufacturing sites.

After their time at Nestle, Helen joined ConAgra Foods in 2002 as a Quality Assurance Manager. Helen updated quality systems, resulting in improved audit scores and reduced consumer complaints.

In 2004, Helen started their own consulting firm, H.F. King Quality Consulting, providing quality assurance and technical assistance to companies such as Nestle Canada and Nestle USA.

In 2006, Helen joined Pepperidge Farm as a Manager of Quality Systems and later became the Corporate Business Quality Manager. Helen was accountable for the strategic development of quality performance metrics, policy requirements, and audit programs.

In 2014, Helen joined The Nature's Bounty Co. as a Senior Manager of Global Quality Systems. Helen was responsible for implementing and managing food safety, sanitation, quality, and process improvement programs.

Currently, Helen is the VP of Quality at Balchem Corporation, where they oversee the quality function and ensures compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Throughout their career, Helen has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving quality standards, implementing effective systems, and driving business growth through quality initiatives.

Helen King completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph, studying from 1983 to 1987. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the American InterContinental University, attending from 2002 to 2004. Prior to their university education, Helen attended St.Clements School, however, the specific dates and details of their experience there are unavailable.
