Dr Romsha Vashistha

Dr. Romsha Vashistha has gained significant experience in hospital administration and operations throughout their career. Dr Romsha started their career as the Center Head at Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. in 2013 and held this role until 2018. Following that, they joined Nova IVF Fertility as the Cluster Head from 2018 to 2021. Since 2021, they have been working at NHS Hospital Jalandhar as the Chief Operating Officer, where they have been responsible for managing the entire operation of the healthcare facility and driving profitable business outputs. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Business Operations at Balco Medical Centre, a position they have held since 2022.
