Alasdair Dickson

Alasdair joined Balderton's Investor Relations team in 2020.

Prior to Balderton, Alasdair spent over two years in the Investor Relations team at mid-market European buyout firm, Charterhouse Capital Partners, in London.

Before joining Charterhouse in 2018, Alasdair qualified as a Corporate Solicitor at Dickson Minto, a boutique UK private equity law firm, where he worked across a number of UK and European leveraged buyout transactions in M&A, equity structuring and leveraged finance.

Alasdair holds an LLB in Law & Economics from The University of Aberdeen, where he was also the Vice-President and Co-Founder of the Aberdeen University Trading & Investment Club (AUTIC). Alasdair also holds a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (DPLP) from The University of Edinburgh.
