Shannon Harrington

Shannon Harrington is a seasoned talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Portfolio Network and Talent Advisor at Balderton Capital since December 2023, Shannon has also been a Talent Partner at Technically Blonde LTD since May 2020, working with high-profile clients such as Metaview.ai and Abnormal Security. Notably, during a role as Senior Technical Recruiter at Abnormal Security, Shannon established the UK's founding engineering team and successfully recruited key personnel.
