Hans Richter

Hans Richter serves as the President of Broadview Protection Consulting since February 2012, specializing in executive protection and security solutions. Concurrently, Hans has been a Detective with the Nassau County Police Department since December 1999, focusing on criminal investigations and labor relations while also representing the Nassau County Detectives Association from 2013 to 2023. In addition, Hans holds leadership roles as Commander of The American Legion Post 944, 2nd Vice President of the Nassau Police Veterans Association, and as an Associate with the St. Baldrick's Foundation. Past positions include serving as the Former President of the Kings Park Volunteer Fire Department and as a US Marine from September 1991 to December 2000. Hans holds an Advanced Certificate in Homeland Security Management from Long Island University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
