Wendy Rodgers

Wendy Rodgers has a diverse work experience in the education field. Wendy started their career in 2001 as an Elementary School Teacher at Morningside Elementary School. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Elementary Reading Coach at Kate Shepard Elementary. In 2008, they joined the Alabama Reading Initiative as a Regional Staff member and stayed there until 2017. During this time, they gained valuable experience in reading education. In 2017, they transitioned to Elberta Elementary School as an Assistant Principal before moving to Baldwin County Public Schools in the same role. Recently, they have taken on the position of Principal in the same school district.

Wendy Rodgers holds an Ed.S. degree in Administration from the University of South Alabama.
