Frank Casano is an experienced executive with a strong background in business transformation and engineering management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Enterprise Business Transformation at The Baldwin Group since June 2022, Frank has held significant leadership roles in various organizations, including Vice President positions at L3Harris Technologies and NCR Corporation. With expertise in operations, program excellence, and hardware engineering, Frank's career includes key roles at L3 Technologies, BAE Systems, and Symbol Technologies, as well as military service as a Captain in the US Army. Frank holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Technological Systems Management, an MBA, and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Engineering/Industrial Management, complemented by participation in The Wharton School's Executive Leadership Development Program.
