Patrick Kerby

Patrick Kerby is a seasoned professional in risk mitigation and client experience, currently serving as the Sr. Director of National Risk Mitigation Services at The Baldwin Group since 2012. In this role, Patrick leads commercial data analytics, risk control, and claims advocacy solutions nationwide, collaborating with clients and insurance partners to enhance client retention and business results. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners, Advance Auto Parts, and UBC, where Patrick was recognized for significant contributions to loss prevention and risk management. Patrick is also an active volunteer with the United Way of Tampa Bay, contributing to community service initiatives.
