Ryan Thornton

Ryan Thornton is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and infrastructure project management. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager, Infrastructure Project Manager, and IT Facilities Coordinator at The Baldwin Group since April 2022, Ryan has also held the position of IT Technician at Modis from June 2017 to April 2022. Ryan holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Mercyhurst University, which was completed between September 2006 and May 2008.
