Catherine Powell Box

Catherine Powell Box, M.Ed., currently serves as the Co-Director of College Counseling at The Baldwin School since July 2022. Previously, Catherine held positions at George School and Woodberry Forest School as Associate Director of College Counseling from July 2019 to June 2022 and August 2017 to July 2019, respectively. Catherine's experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling from April 2016 to April 2019, where the role included Co-Chairing the Inclusion, Access, and Success Committee. Additional roles include Director of Admission at Millsaps College, Assistant Director and College Advisor at Get2College with Woodward Hines Education Foundation, and Assistant Dean of Admission at Millsaps College. Catherine began the career as Senior Admission Counselor at the University of the South. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Independent School Leadership from Vanderbilt Peabody College and a Bachelor's degree in American History and Environmental Studies from The University of the South.
