Dianna Collins has a diverse work experience in various educational institutions. Dianna started their career as a Field Coordinator at the Eighth District Congressional Campaign Committee in 1990. Dianna then worked as an Admission Counselor and Assistant Director of Admission/Transfer Counselor at Chestnut Hill College from 1991 to 1994. Collins then joined the University of the Sciences in 1994, where they held roles as an Assistant Director of Admission and later as the Associate Director of Admission until 2002. Dianna then transitioned to the University of the Sciences, where they served in multiple roles, including Director of Enrollment Communication and Interim Executive Director of Admission. Collins then moved to Thomas Jefferson University in 2015 as a Consultant, where they evaluated the department of enrollment services and provided guidance to students. Currently, Collins is the Chief Enrollment Management Officer at The Baldwin School since 2015.

Dianna Collins holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing & Communication from the Yale School of Management, a Certificate in Leadership in Enrollment Management from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from LaSalle University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Chestnut Hill College. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Leadership in Enrollment Management from the University of Southern California.
