Kevin Yarberry, CFM, has extensive experience in facilities management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Building and Facility Operations at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions at Little Rock School District, including Director of Maintenance & Operations and Construction Manager. Kevin's background also includes roles as Vice President of Facilities Management at Moses Tucker Real Estate and Service Operations Director at Middleton Heat & Air. Additional experience encompasses serving as Facilities Director at Flake and Kelley Commercial and Maintenance Manager at Little Rock School District. Kevin began the career as Facilities Manager at CHI St. Vincent. Kevin Yarberry is a graduate of Sheridan High School.
