Enrico Pizzinato has held various roles in the fashion industry. Enrico started their career at Johnson & Johnson Italy as a Project Manager IT from 1999 to 2001. Enrico then moved to Gucci, where they served as a Production Manager from 2001 to 2010. Following that, they joined Celine Production as a Leathergoods Supply Chain Manager from 2010 to 2013. Enrico then joined Saint Laurent as the Leathergoods Purchasing, Production, and Supplier Manager from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Calvin Klein as the VP leathergoods and shoes operations director and special projects. Currently, they are working at Balenciaga as the Leathergoods Operations Director, starting in 2019.

Enrico Pizzinato earned a Laurea degree in Ingegneria Gestionale from the Università degli Studi di Padova from 1990 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their maturità scientifica at liceo scientifico Lioy Vicenza from 1986 to 1991.
