Luca Francolini has extensive work experience in various industries. Luca started their career at MSX International as a Commercial and Technical Inspector. Luca then worked at Iveco as a Process Quality Manager and later as a Line Manager and Quality Manager. Luca joined Ducati Motor Holding, where they held multiple roles including Kaizen Facilitator, Supply Chain Manager, Project Leader, and Strategic Purchasing & Global Sourcing Manager. Luca also worked at GE as an Oil & Gas MFG Customer Quality Manager. Later, they joined Rossi S.p.A (Habasit group) as the Purchasing and Global Sourcing Manager. At Celine, they worked as the Material Research and Purchasing Director and later as the Production Director and "La Manufacture" Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Balenciaga as the Industrial Director for Shoes & Objects.
Luca Francolini earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma in 1997. In 2005, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Bologna Business School.
