The current leadership team at Balenciaga has a wide range of experience in the fashion industry, with many members coming from other high-end brands such as Saint Laurent, Emilio Pucci, and Diesel. They also have experience working in China, eCommerce, and luxury goods. Most members of the team have a Master's degree from a top business school, and many also have experience working in strategy or consulting.
