Brandon Rhine

Brandon Rhine is Vice President of Health & Safety for Balfour Beatty Investments, responsible for improving safety practices across the company with the ultimate goal of achieving Zero Harm. Dr. Rhine’s efforts include team member engagement and education, as well as the continuous development, planning and improvement of safe work practices.

Dr. Rhine previously worked internationally as a firefighter, paramedic and health and safety officer in locations such as LOGCAP 4 and 5 project sites in the Middle East, McMurdo Station in Antarctica, and on the Department of the Navy and Air Force Operations and Maintenance projects across Pacific atolls. His most recent work was leading health and safety programs for turn-key wind farms and commercial construction projects across North America.

Dr. Rhine has completed Department of Labor/Occupational Health and Safety Administration training programs and holds a Doctoral degree in Public Health.
