Patrick Boelens

Patrick Boelens has over 30 years of experience in facility management and maintenance, currently serving as Facility Manager at Balfour Beatty Communities since June 2008 and previously holding the position of Maintenance Supervisor. Boelens served in the United States Marine Corps from June 1982 to August 2006, attaining the rank of Master Sergeant and working as a Quality Assurance Officer and KC 130 Flight Engineer. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration obtained from Mount Saint Mary College between 2015 and 2017.
