Andres Alvarez

Andres Alvarez is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and supervision. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Balfour Beatty US since April 2019, Andres previously held Superintendent roles at PCL Construction and Suffolk Construction, where significant contributions were made to various large-scale projects, including a 32-story residential high rise in downtown Miami. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Superintendent at L & R Structural, overseeing a 16-story parking garage and low-income residences. Andres also worked as a General Conditions Foreman at Hunt Construction Group and in layout at Baker Concrete Construction. Education includes a GED obtained from Miami Senior High.
