Nicolas Pefourque

Nicolas Pefourque is a construction professional with extensive experience in project management and execution. Currently serving as the Responsable travaux MOE EX at OTCE since July 2022, Nicolas oversees operations during the ACT, DET, and AOR phases and coordinates planning activities, notably contributing to the residential project INTIMIST with SOGEPROM. Prior to this role, Nicolas worked at Eiffage Construction from February 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing the TCE "Connexion" project, comprising 145 housing units for young professionals, and overseeing the furnishing of these apartments. Additional experience includes an internship as a methods engineer at Logik and earlier roles as a site assistant during academic training. Nicolas holds an engineering degree in civil engineering, building, and public works from Polytech Marseille, complemented by a background in preparatory classes for engineering competitions and a Baccalauréat in civil engineering.
