Zachary Walker

Zachary Walker is a Project Manager at Balfour Beatty. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Personnel and Operations at the Navy Talent Acquistion Group Philadelphia from August 2019 to February 2022. In this capacity, they delivered advisory service to Senior Executives regarding effective management of production and personnel operations. Zachary facilitated the acquisition of organizational objectives and goals through performing data evaluation and implementing tactical strategies. Zachary supported the development and establishment of reports, instructions, policies, and notices with keen focus on driving positive influence across organizational boundaries. Zachary enhanced skills set of all production and processing personnel through executing the organizational training program. Zachary also led the development of operational budget as well as proposed effective marketing strategies to increase return on advertising plans and initiatives.

Some of the notable achievements during their time at United States Navy include successfully delivering strategic direction to cadre of 70 employees spread within 23 locations to attain individual and corporate goals; leading the successful establishment of the first Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Center across Baltimore, which resulted in elevating production by 45%; surpassing annual production in all areas, including active attainment, reserve attainment, and accession by 102%, 286%, and 107% respectively; and minimizing overall losses up to 67% and production loss by 2% through executing effective training program.

Zachary Walker has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and an Associate of Arts from Coastline College. Zachary is certified in project management from the Institute of Project Management and has a certificate in diversity, equity and inclusion from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Zachary is also a certified Valor Sales Master Trainer from the Navy Recruiting Leadership Academy.
