Catherine Rowe

Catherine Rowe has over 15 years of experience in human resources, primarily with Balfour Beatty. Since June 2011, Catherine has held several roles at Balfour Beatty plc, including HR Operations & Compliance Manager, HR/ER Project Manager, and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included delivering HR services and contributing to HR strategy and new initiatives. Previously, Catherine served as HR Manager for both Balfour Beatty Workplace and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services, overseeing HR functions for local authority sectors and street lighting contracts, respectively. Earlier experience includes the role of HR & Training Manager at Balfour Beatty Power Networks. Catherine holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel & Development from Nottingham Trent University and a BA in HRM from De Montfort University.
