Louise Haining

Louise Haining is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the civil engineering and project management sectors. Currently serving as the CPS Managing Director at Balfour Beatty plc since April 2024, Louise has held multiple significant roles at Connect Plus Services, including Asset and Project Delivery Director, Project Director, and Strategic Delivery Director since December 2017. Previously, Louise was the Head of Project Engineering at Colas Ltd from October 2015 to December 2017 and led the M25 DBFO Contract and Performance Team at the Highways Agency from February 2010 to October 2015. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Project Manager at the Environment Agency and a Design Manager with Costain Civil Engineering. Educational qualifications comprise a BEng(Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth and a Certificate in Project Management from the Engineering Management Partnership.
