Sergio Silva

Sergio Silva is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty plc since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading the HS2 OOC Station Structural Steelwork, Roof, facades, and cladding for a project valued at £2.3 billion, as well as managing the Crossrail C530 Woolwich Station project worth £200 million. Prior experience includes significant roles at Odebrecht from 2008 to 2016, overseeing projects such as the £355 million Pump Station for Abu Dhabi’s Sustainable Used Water System, the £560 million Baixo Sabor Hydropower Dam, and various other infrastructure projects, including bridges and highways. Earlier career experience at Seveme, SA involved civil engineering roles on projects like the Operational Command Center Building for Portuguese Railways and a shopping center.
