Bolly Kusdiana has a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently, they are the Division Head of Food & Beverage at Bali Safari & Marine Park since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Food and Beverage Director at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel - Bali from October 2015 to September 2017. Bolly also held the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Ayodya Resort Bali from November 2013 to October 2015 and at MJB Hotellier from November 2012 to October 2013. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel & Villas Bali from October 2010 to September 2012, and at Conrad Bali from September 2009 to October 2010.
Bolly Kusdiana obtained a Diploma 4 in Hotel Management from STP Nusa Dua in Bali from 1995 to 1999.
