Christian Flossdorf

Christian Flossdorf is an experienced production and plant management professional with a strong background in manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Plant General Manager and previously as Production Manager at Ball Corporation since August 2019, Christian has extensive experience in production roles across multiple organizations. At Amcor, from April 2015 to July 2019, Christian managed all production activities for a site with over 220 employees and directed the Laminates value stream with approximately 100 employees. Prior to Amcor, Christian held management positions at Eaton and TMD Friction, leading production departments and quality management initiatives across various locations, including Germany and Romania. Christian holds an MBA in Economy and International Management from the University of East London and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, along with international experience through an internship with DaimlerChrysler in Thailand.
