Courtney K. Reynolds

Courtney Reynolds is a seasoned communications executive with extensive experience in corporate affairs and reputation management. Currently serving as Vice President of Communications & Corporate Affairs at Ball Corporation since September 2019, Reynolds leads the company's global communications strategy and government relations efforts while reporting directly to the CEO. Previously, Reynolds held senior roles at Northwestern Mutual, where responsibilities included leading a large communications team to enhance stakeholder engagement, and held various positions at Exelis, ITT Corporation, ITT Night Vision, and Carter Ryley Thomas Public Relations. Reynolds holds a B.A. with Distinction in English and French from the University of Virginia and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Stevens Institute of Technology.
