Hayden Smith

Hayden Smith is an experienced procurement and operations professional with a strong background in sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Sourcing EMEA at Ball Corporation since July 2016, Hayden oversees global strategic sourcing for aluminium, critical to the beverage can business. Prior roles include Acting Chief Procurement Officer during Ball Corporation's acquisition of Rexam PLC, and Global Category Purchasing Director at Rexam PLC, where responsibilities encompassed significant procurement management for metal products. With earlier experience as Operations Manager at Taylors of Martley and Whitbread Food Logistics, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management of Logistics from the University of East Anglia, Hayden combines technical expertise with leadership in high-stakes procurement environments.
