Katie Pagano Gerwitz

Katie Pagano Gerwitz, M.Ed., possesses a robust background in education and instructional design, with extensive experience in leadership development within corporate environments. Currently serving as the Director of Global Learning & Leadership Development at Ball Corporation, Katie has also held positions as a Global Enterprise Learning & Leadership Development Leader and an Instructional Design Specialist. Prior roles include Instructional Design Consultant at CMB Consulting and an Instructional Designer and Executive Assistant at the World Trade Center Denver. Before transitioning to corporate roles, Katie contributed to education as a High School Math Teacher and STEM Department Chair at Ursuline Academy New Orleans, as well as a Math Teacher at Holy Rosary High School. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education and Mathematics from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
