Manoj Mishra

Manoj Mishra is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and quality assurance. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Ball Corporation since April 2016, Manoj has previously held key positions including Divisional Manufacturing Manager at ITC Limited, Regional Manufacturing Head at Britannia Industries Limited, and Unit Head at Britannia Industries Limited, managing one of the largest manufacturing units with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year. Manoj also played a significant role at Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd as Manufacturing Manager, overseeing operations for India's largest exporter of ready-to-eat foods, and was instrumental in establishing a frozen and retort food unit in Melbourne, Australia. Manoj began a career at Nirulas Corner House Pvt Ltd as Deputy Manager of Quality Assurance, leading the QA and Product Development Division. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Lucknow University.
