Mike Gass

Mike Gass is an experienced quality leader currently overseeing quality operations at Ball Corporation, the largest global provider of aluminum beverage packaging containers, since April 2018. Previously, Mike served as President of U.S. T&M Enterprises Inc., facilitating auction operations from July 2016 to December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director of Customer Quality at Honeywell Aerospace, Director of Quality at Rockwell Collins, and various positions at General Electric, including Black Belt and Quality Leader. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science and Associate Science degree in Manufacturing and Electrical Engineering from Western Kentucky University, earned between 1984 and 1989.
