Jennifer Christman

Jennifer Christman is a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Chairperson in the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at Ball State University, with over a decade of experience in academia. Jennifer has taught various courses including Introduction to American Criminal Justice System, Institutional Corrections, and Research Methods. Prior roles at Ball State University included Associate Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer. Additionally, Jennifer served as an INSOMM Counselor at Liberty Behavioral Health, facilitating group counseling for sex offenders. Jennifer has a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Evaluation and Research, a Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice & Criminology from Ball State University. Jennifer has also contributed to faculty governance as chairperson of the Contract Faculty Affairs Committee and as a representative to the University Senate and Faculty Council.
