Lindsey Speer

Lindsey Speer is an experienced professional in higher education, currently serving as the Associate Director of Admissions and Orientation at Ball State University since 2004. Lindsey has successfully planned and implemented extensive orientation programs, managed significant budgets, and improved student and family engagement through feedback evaluations. In addition, Lindsey has represented the university at numerous high schools and college fairs, developed recruitment events, and supervised various staff and student leaders. Lindsey's involvement extends to leadership roles in both the Indiana Association of College Admissions Counselors and the National Orientation Directors Association, where responsibilities include coordinating professional development programs and planning conferences. Lindsey holds a Master’s degree in Student Affairs Administration from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Psychology from Edgewood College.
