Melvin Cole

Melvin Cole serves as the Supervisor of Custodial Services at Ball State University since January 2022, while also contributing as a Staff Council member and representative. Responsibilities include coordinating the Angels for Life Blood Drive, advising on university policy for staff personnel, and leading a custodial team. Prior experience includes roles as a custodian at Delta High School and Muncie Community Schools, along with various positions in the service industry, including a backroom associate at Walmart and a dining room busser at Olive Garden. Melvin possesses a CDL-B license and has experience as a city bus driver and patient transporter. Education was completed at Ivy Tech Community College from June 2009 to December 2010.
