Penelope Glaittli

Penelope Glaittli is a highly experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Ball Ventures since March 2022. Prior to this role, Penelope held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at the College of Eastern Idaho from December 2018 to November 2021, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Utah State University from March 2016 to December 2018. Penelope holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Idaho State University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Science from Utah State University.
