Brittani Rayfield is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on pastry and food service management. Currently serving as the Food Service Director at St. John's United Methodist Church since October 2021, Brittani also holds the position of Executive Pastry Chef at both Ballantyne Country Club and Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island since 2017 and 2014, respectively. Previously, Brittani worked at The Breakers Palm Beach as part of the Chef Brigade and held roles as Assistant Pastry Chef at La Gemma Fine Italian Pastries and Pastry Chef at Myers Park Country Club. Brittani earned an Associate of Science degree from The Art Institutes between 2007 and 2009.
