Adam Goodman is a partner at Ballard Partners, a full-service communications firm. Adam has over 25 years of experience in the industry and is best known for using visual media to brand and image corporations, associations, and political candidates.

Adam started their career in 1982 as a producer, director, and strategist at The Robert Goodman Agency. Adam then became president of The Goodman Group, Inc. in 1990 and ran the company for four years before moving on to become president of The Victory Group, Inc. in 1995. Adam ran The Victory Group for over 20 years before becoming a partner at Ballard Partners.

During their time at The Victory Group, Adam worked with clients such as the United States Chamber of Commerce, Pharma, National Football League, the Seminole Tribe of Florida/Hard Rock International, City of New York, The University of South Florida, Road to Indy TV, Governor Jeb Bush, Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and U.S. Reps. Dan Webster, Dave Reichert, and Mario Diaz-Balart.

Adam Goodman was educated at Haverford College, where they studied history, and at the McDonogh School.
