Mhari Stafford

Mhari Stafford has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role at Ballard Power Systems as a Lead Requirements Analyst. In this position, they advocate for clear and valid requirements, collaborating with different teams to establish confidence in using the requirements management tool, Jama Connect. Mhari also supports the processing of requirements and works with key stakeholders to improve the requirements management process.

Prior to their role at Ballard Power Systems, Mhari worked at Jaguar Land Rover, where they held multiple roles. As a Product Development Analyst, they implemented cost controls and drove profit through cross-functional collaboration. Mhari also worked as a Junior Engineer, gaining experience in costing, manufacturing, and product marketing.

Mhari's earlier work experience includes a role as a Recruitment Ambassador at the University of Strathclyde and a Camp Counselor at International Camp Suisse, where they worked with 7-17-year-olds, guiding excursions and activities, dining with campers, and teaching English.

Mhari Stafford completed their education from 2011 to 2016 at the University of Strathclyde, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering with Materials Engineering. In 2013, they also attended Concordia University for a brief period, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Unlocking Creativity" from IDEO U in May 2023, "DALF C1" from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale in September 2019, and "APM PMQ (Project Management Qualification)" from the Association for Project Management in November 2017.
