Ryan Chahal

Ryan Chahal is a Manufacturing Engineer II at Ballard Power Systems, where responsibilities include ownership of multiple fuel cell assembly processes, leading the development of new production techniques, and qualifying automated testing equipment that improved process efficiency. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Deere-Hitachi, where design and safety improvements were made to production processes, and as an Estimating Intern at Kiewit, focusing on civil works job estimations and project solutions.
