John DiBattista

John DiBattista is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ballard Spahr. John has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, John was the Human Resources Director at Northwestern Human Services, Universal Health Services/Horsham Clinic, and Magee Rehabilitation. John has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Pennsylvania State University.

John DiBattista's educational career began at Cardinal O'Hara High School. John then went on to study human resources at Drexel University, where they earned their BS.

They are on a team with Raymond G. Truitt - Partner, William A. Slaughter - Partner, and Mark C. Langdon - Executive Director. Their manager is Mark S. Stewart, Chair.
