Prashant Kumari Sinha

Prashant Kumari Sinha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in power plant operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Power Plant at Ballarpur Industries Limited since March 2018, Prashant oversees the operation and maintenance of an 18 MW and 6.25 MW power plant. Prior to this role, Prashant held the position of Assistant General Manager at L & T MHI, where responsibilities included the commissioning of 660 MW Super-Critical Boilers. Previous roles also include managerial positions at ISGEC John Thompson and Manikgarh Cement, among others, demonstrating a strong track record in project management, efficiency optimization, and technical oversight. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from B N College of Engineering and has a solid educational foundation from various institutions, including St Xavier School and Sainik School Tilaiya.
