Wilmer Salazar

Wilmer Salazar is a Frontend Developer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently employed at Ballast Lane Applications, LLC as a Frontend Engineer since May 2022, Wilmer collaborates with US-based technology startups. Prior positions include serving as Tech Lead at GOIAR, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of Frontend Developers and implementing AGILE methodologies. Wilmer also worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at OMNi Costa Rica, contributing to the entire software lifecycle. Earlier experiences include serving as Lead Developer at NebulaTech, where project management and agile methodologies were key, and co-founding a small company specializing in design, digital marketing, and software development. Wilmer holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Uneg, completed in 2019.
