Aleric Sanders

Aleric Sanders is a skilled Research and Development Engineer with experience at Flagtronics and Ballenger Motorsports since April 2020, focusing on mechanical design and testing of performance electrical components. Aleric has an academic background that includes roles as an Academic Tutor and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Old Dominion University, supporting STEM students and grading for various engineering courses. Aleric also served as a Graduate Research Assistant specializing in carbon fiber reinforcement methods. Previous experience includes internships at STIHL USA and Volvo Penta of the Americas, as well as roles in educational and support capacities during time at Old Dominion University and Atlantic Shores Christian School.
