Adriana Villarreal has a diverse work experience history. Adriana started their career as a Site Leader at Summer in the City in 2017, where they co-led a free summer camp for Detroit youth and supervised daily functions. In 2017-2018, they worked as a Campaign Intern for Abdul El-Sayed for Governor. Adriana then joined Latino Family Services as a Family Advocate from 2018 to 2019, supporting student education and translating in parent-teacher and special education meetings. Adriana served as a Corps Member at the Michigan Democratic Party in 2019, participating in a training program and supporting election preparations. In 2020, they worked as a Data Entry Specialist at Detroit PAL, exceeding data entry goals and providing support to front desk staff. Adriana later became a Field Organizer at the Human Rights Campaign in 2020 and a Mortgage Banker at Rocket Mortgage in 2021. Currently, Adriana is a Researcher at BallotReady, and starting in 2022, they will also become a Math Fellow at AmeriCorps.

From 2016 to 2021, Adriana Villarreal attended Wayne State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.
