David Szewczyk, MA Public Policy, has worked in various roles since 2004. David began their career as a Legislative Aide for State Representative Ed Gaffney in the Michigan House of Representatives in 2004. In 2009, they moved to Jackson National Life as a Field Staff-Producer of Record Changes. In 2010, they became the Campaign Manager for Rick Olson for State Representative. In 2011, they worked as a Legislative Aide for State Representative Rick Olson in the Michigan House of Representatives, and also held the role of Director of Constituent Relations for State Senator Tory Rocca in the Michigan State Senate. Since 2019, they have worked at BallotReady as a Research Associate, Lead Researcher, and Researcher.
David Szewczyk obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan between 1999 and 2003. David then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Chicago between 2018 and 2019.
